Our Services include professional dog care solutions such as dog walking, training, grooming, pet sitting, boarding, and daycare.

OWNERSHIP OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
We own or license all intellectual property rights in the Dog Sathi website and services, including but not limited to all website content, layouts, code, designs, structure, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics contained within the Services (collectively, the “Content”), as well as all trademarks, service marks, and logos included therein (the “Marks”). However, users retain full copyright and ownership of any content they upload to the Services, including images, text, or other materials shared while using Dog Sathi’s services.

USE OF THE WEBSITE
You agree, undertake and covenant that, during the use of the Website, you shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, store, update or share any information that:

(a) belongs to another person and to which you do not have any right.

(n) deceives or misleads the addressee/users about the origin of the messages or knowingly and intentionally communicates any information which is patently false or misleading or grossly offensive or menacing in nature but may reasonably be perceived as a fact.

(o) is patently false and untrue, and is written or published in any form, with the intent to mislead or harass a person, entity or agency for financial gain or to cause any injury to any person.

(p) contains software viruses or any other computer codes, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource; or contains any trojan horses, worms or other computer programming routines that may damage, detrimentally interfere with, diminish value of, covertly intercept or steal any system, data or Personal Information of another User/visitor.

(q) is in the nature of an online game that is not verified as a permissible online game.

(r) is in the nature of advertisement or surrogate advertisement or promotion of an online game that is not a permissible online game, or of any online gaming intermediary offering such an online game.

(s) violates any applicable law for the time being in force.

You hereby accept full responsibility for any consequences that may arise from your use of the Website, and expressly agree and acknowledge that in no event and under no circumstances shall Dog Sathi be held liable to you for any liabilities or damages resulting from or arising out of your use of the Website. You shall not use anyone else’s account at any time.

You agree and acknowledge that you shall not use the Website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose/activities. You agree to comply with all applicable laws pertaining to your use of the Website. The Website may allow you to post certain content, data or information belonging to you, such as reviewing and allowing you to share your experience and views about a particular service provided on the Website, and rate the service, post your comments and reviews in relation to such services on the Website, as well as submit/post any suggestions, comments, questions or other information to Dog Sathi using the Website (collectively referred to as “User Content”). Provided however that, before being published on the Website, such User Content shall be reviewed by Dog Sathi to ensure compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.

FEES
All fees for services are charged at the current applicable rates. Fee levels are determined based on the time spent on the service and the materials, equipment, and consumables used during the service. Details of our fees are available on request, and a detailed invoice is provided for every service, booking, or transaction. Estimates can also be provided on request.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
The website permits payment via various modes, including cash, virtual payment wallets, and online payments through debit/credit cards and internet banking, or any other method adopted by Dog Sathi from time to time. It is expressly clarified that once any payment is made by you against any of the services, the same is non-refundable and non-transferable.

While availing any of the payment method(s) available on the website, Dog Sathi will not be responsible for or assume any liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you due to:

(a) Lack of authorization for any transaction(s); or

(b) Exceeding the pre-set limit mutually agreed by you and your bank(s); or

(c) Any payment issues arising out of the transaction; or

(d) Rejection of the transaction for any other reason(s) whatsoever.

All payments made shall be compulsorily in Indian Rupees. It is expressly clarified that Dog Sathi will not facilitate transactions with respect to any other form of currency for purchases made on the website.

You acknowledge that Dog Sathi will not be liable for any damages, interests, claims, or losses resulting from or suffered on account of non-processing of a transaction or transaction amount, or any delay in processing a transaction or transaction amount, which is beyond the control of Dog Sathi.

COMPLAINTS AND REDRESSAL PROCESS
Whilst we hope that our services do not give you cause for complaints, if there is anything you wish to bring to our attention, please contact the Dog Sathi support team immediately.

Otherwise, your complaint will be acknowledged, the incident will be investigated, and you will be contacted within 7–10 days. Please adhere to this redressal process. PET HEALTH AND BEHAVIOUR
While your pet is in our care, we will make every reasonable effort to ensure the safety and well-being of your pet. However, Dog Sathi cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen circumstances, accidents, or issues related to your pet’s health, behaviour, temperament, or interactions with other animals, individuals, or surroundings during the service period.

LIABILITY
Dog Sathi will take reasonable care while providing its services; however, Dog Sathi, including its owners, employees, agents, walkers, or any individuals representing the Dog Sathi brand, shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, losses, or accidents caused by your pet, or arising from unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Any liability, if applicable, shall be limited strictly to the amount paid for the specific service availed.

By registering for, booking, or using any services provided by Dog Sathi, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

SERVICE ADMINISTRATION
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without notice.

VARIATION IN TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS
No addition to or variation of these terms and conditions shall be binding on Dog Sathi unless specifically agreed in writing by its authorized representatives. Additionally, no agent or employee appointed by Dog Sathi has the authority to alter or vary these terms and conditions in any way.

ASSIGNMENT
You shall not license, sell, transfer, or assign your rights, obligations, or covenants under these Terms in any manner without Dog Sathi’s prior written consent. Dog Sathi reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to freely assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to any third party.

SEVERABILITY AND WAIVER
